My Story

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others.

Being Latina and the first of my family to graduate from college, I had my own set of obstacles. Many times, I wished that I had someone to actively listen to my dreams and goals in an unbiased nature. Someone to help guide, motivate, and help me to acknowledge my potential. I slowly figured out the way and created a path for myself.  I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree of Education in Educational Counseling both from Cleveland State University in Cleveland Ohio.

My most recent accomplishment has been earning my ACC (Associate Certified Coach ) with ICF (International coaching Federation) and becoming the Director of Resource Development at Dream Releaser Coaching, LLC where I also received my training 3 years ago and became a Professional Certified Coach.  Honestly, being a Life Coach has been the icing on the cake!

With 20+ years’ experience working hand in hand with all spectrums from Youth Advocacy, Career Development to Mentorship. My experience includes working with court ordered young adults, Chemically Dependent adults and pregnant woman. I have represented and worked hand in hand with adults battling Mental Health issues with the goal of assisting them in achieving self-sufficiency. I have been through the school system educating and mentoring young college adults in maneuvering through their first year of college. However, my favorite journey which helped launch my passion of empowering others nearly 20 years ago were the 7 years spent as a recruiter and advocate for a large, nationally known mentorship program. As you may notice, I set no limits when it comes to assisting and helping to encourage others.

My life purpose is to empower individuals to reach their goals and help them acknowledge their potential.

Reaching New Heights,

Brenda
